For the last year, AnyKey has been supporting the IDEAS User Group. Our original vision was to provide background support in conjunction with client respresentation in support of initiatives for the IDEAS User Group. We distributed a survey to ask what people thought about the User Group and what they wanted out of a user group. We've taken your advice and have made the following changes:

Survey respondants resoundingly demand more sharing of information. Everyone is agreed that these are key to a successful User Group:

• Sharing of information.
• Ability to influence positive change with a shared voice with the vendor.
• Addressing concerns of ALL clients, not just those of the energy sector.

Survey repsondants unanimously agreed on the following features for an IDEAS User Group website:

• IDEAS™ tips and tricks.
• Free forums for support and knowledge sharing.
• Shared voice to direct the vendro's future development.
• Sharing of best practices.
• Learn about new IDEAS module version benefits to my business or organization.

You spoke, we're listenning! Here are the first 4 things AnyKey is going to do to change the IDEASUserGroup.org website to support you better:

1. We will be using a "newsletter" to distribute a series of tips and tricks. You need help us by letting us know what you want to learn about? Have a suggestion? Contact us! We will archive historical copies of the newsletters in the forums.
2. We will re-organize the forum topics to suit Energy related, Manufacturing and other Industry topics of discussion.
3. We will enhance the forums so that you can VIEW and READ them without needing to create an account first (how annoying is that?)
4. We will commit to publish 4 web-videos over the next 6 months on IDEAS™ functionality. What do you or your staff want to learn about? Tell us!
