AnyKey is currently actively engaged working with a number of entrepreneurs at various stages of the selection process.
Our tried and tested methodology includes the following four phases (reverse order):
- Go To Market -- These clients are "open for business" and conducing commerce.
- Get To Market -- These clients are getting ready for their big splash in the market place. These clients are identified by having secured funding, retained active boards and entrepreneurs working late nights getting things ready.
- Incubation -- Once we start working with a client, we "pop the trunk" and see what's really under the hood. During incubation, a day-by-day reevaluation on the merits of the project are conducted. We try to find the good, bad and ugly about a project's potential. At the end of the day, if we can't find anything wrong, our belief is that if a product or service is good enough for a customer it should be good enough for an investor to sign up.
- Candidate -- Before we "sign on" with a client, we spend time to kick the tires, and validate basic assumptions around the business idea, and determine for ourselves whether or not there's a strong enough business case to proceed.
